Alexander Arnaud's journey into the world of spirits began in the cellars of his grandfather's small distillery in the French countryside. What started as childhood curiosity — watching copper stills breathe life into raw grain — became a lifelong obsession with the alchemy of distillation.
After studying chemistry at the Sorbonne and apprenticing at three of Europe's most revered distilleries, Alexander founded AAF with a singular vision: to create spirits that honor tradition while pushing the boundaries of what liquor and liqueur can be.
"Every bottle we produce carries a piece of our soul," he says. "We don't take shortcuts. We don't compromise. The liquid tells the truth."
Today, Alexander oversees every aspect of production — from grain selection to the final cut. His palate, honed over decades, is the ultimate quality gate through which every AAF product must pass.
