Born From a Vision
AAF began with a simple conviction: the best spirits are the ones you make yourself — with full control over every ingredient, every process, and every decision. No outsourcing, no shortcuts, no compromise.
Our founder, Alexander Arnaud, spent years apprenticing in distilleries across Europe before establishing AAF's own production facility. From day one, the mission was clear: craft liquor and liqueur of uncompromising quality, entirely under our own roof.
Today, AAF stands as a testament to that vision — a distillery where heritage techniques meet modern precision, and where every bottle that bears our name has earned its place through flavour alone.
What We Stand For
Total Ownership
We distil, blend, age, and bottle everything ourselves. When we put our name on a bottle, we own every molecule inside it.
No Compromise
If a batch doesn't meet our standards, it doesn't ship. We'd rather produce less and produce right than fill shelves with mediocrity.

Our Journey
The First Still
Alexander Arnaud acquires a 300-litre copper pot still and begins experimental distillation in a converted warehouse.
First Release
AAF's inaugural liqueur launches to critical acclaim. All 500 bottles sell out within a week.
The New Distillery
AAF moves into a purpose-built facility with expanded production capacity, a tasting room, and dedicated aging cellars.
International Recognition
Multiple gold medals at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. AAF gains global distribution.
