Veuve d'Or Grand Cru

Veuve d'Or Grand Cru is champagne elevated to the level of high art. Sourced exclusively from Grand Cru vineyards in Avize and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, this prestige cuvée is a blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir, with 30% reserve wines adding complexity and depth.

A persistent stream of impossibly fine bubbles carries aromas of toasted brioche, white peach, honeysuckle, and crushed chalk. The palate is at once powerful and ethereal — lemon curd, hazelnut, and a saline minerality that speaks of the terroir. The dosage is a restrained 4g/L, allowing the wine's true character to shine.

Aged for seven years on the lees. Disgorged January 2023.
