The Story
Noir Botanical reimagines the London Dry style through a darker, more mysterious lens. Distilled in a 200-year-old copper pot still, this gin features a curated selection of twelve botanicals including juniper berries, black cardamom, smoked lavender, angelica root, and grains of paradise.
The nose is captivating — a forest of juniper and pine, undercut by smoky, exotic spice. On the palate, the juniper backbone is complemented by waves of citrus peel, peppery warmth, and a lingering floral note. Exceptional in a martini; transformative in a Negroni.
